NOVEMBER 12-13

Sallie Mae Turner is the head of the Thanksgiving dinner at her small country church. Every year the church puts this dinner on for people who don’t have somewhere to go to celebrate Thanksgiving. This year, as Sallie gets ready for the dinner, she finds out that one of the two members of her remaining family has lost his life serving our country. This is the story of a woman learning to lean on Jesus instead of the numbing substances that the world offers. We hope that you will join us for this year’s 252 Productions witty yet powerful performance of Wayne Amos’s “The Almost Perfect Thanksgiving” on November 12 & 13.

Tickets will be on sale in the church lobby or online.

Make plans to attend the Designs For Hope Benefit Dinner on November 10 at 6:00 PM at Mathews Manor. Each ticket is $35 which includes a three course meal, admission to the live auction, live entertainment, and entry into a raffle which will be held at the end of the evening. All proceeds go to help Designs for Hope provide clean water and electricity to those who need it the most. Purchase tickets at guest services or online.

Each year, NorthPark’s high school students take a trip to Boone, NC for a wonderful few days of skiing and snowboarding! Come join us December 27-30 for an awesome time over the Christmas holidays. Cost is $320 with a $100 deposit due by November 2. Sign up is available on the student ministry section of the church website! We hope to see you on the slopes with us!
